Non-Conventional Lactation Spaces and Effects on Employee Mental Health and Well-Being

Contrary to recommendations for supporting breastfeeding employees after they return to work, many lack access to proper lactation spaces. We conducted qualitative interviews (n = 4) with women that lactated in non-conventional spaces at work to examine the affective and wellbeing outcomes of a lack of standard, sanitary lactation space.
