Abstract
The proposed study explores benevolent ageism in the workplace, focusing on perceptions of warmth and competence and the allocation of developmental resources to older workers. Using a 2x2 vignette manipulation, the research aims to improve understanding of the impact of benevolent ageism on older workers.
