Abstract
Analyses examined whether level of cognitive reserve (CR) modified the impact of Alzheimer’s disease (AD) genetic risk on longitudinal cognitive trajectories and brain atrophy. Among individuals who were cognitively unimpaired at baseline, higher CR attenuated APOE-ε4-related declines in cognition and brain atrophy. In contrast, CR did not attenuate AD-PRS-related declines.
