Abstract
While workplace incivility is often unintentional, its remediation is crucial. Our research reveals that personality traits influence preferences for post-incivility trust repair strategies. Individuals low in agreeableness or extraversion show stronger preferences for specific repair approaches, suggesting the need for personality-tailored relationship restoration strategies in organizations.
