Abstract
A nation-wide survey of teachers found that the motivation to talk about discrimination predicted more frequent discussion of discrimination with students. A smaller sample of teachers who participated in a school-based intervention to promote positive student intergroup attitudes found an effect of the intervention on student positive attitudes about diversity.
