Unseen Struggles: The Associations of Depressive and Anxiety Symptoms with Mental Health Stigma and Barriers Among Asian College Students

Present findings with 203 Asian undergraduate students revealed high lifetime rates and current depressive and anxiety symptoms; however, only 34.3% reported participating in counseling services. Further, stigma and barriers to care were associated with anxiety and depression, particularly for those with greater severity of symptoms.
