Abstract
The present study compares the utility of various reaction time indices in predicting subnormal effort in two samples of simulated malingering participants compared to those with Traumatic Brain Injuries using reaction time data from the TOMM-2. Results highlight variability in reaction time as the most effective for detecting suboptimal effort.
