Trauma No Se Olvida: The Physical and Mental Health Impact of Generational Struggles on Latinas

The proposed study examines the impact of intergenerational trauma on physical health (e.g., diabetes and hypertension) and mental health outcomes (i.e., depression and anxiety) among Puerto Rican and Mexican women in the U.S., communities with poorer overall health outcomes compared to other ethnic groups.
