Abstract

This study examined whether nudges based on inclusion statements or social norms increased pronoun-sharing behavior among cisgender individuals. Results showed neither nudge significantly influenced behavior, but participants provided with pre-defined pronoun lists were more likely to share than those typing manually. Findings emphasize simplifying processes to enhance workplace inclusion initiatives.
