Interactional Effects of Organizational Citizenship Behavior Exchange on Socialization Among Newcomers

This study examined the interactional effects on organizational socialization between giving and taking organizational citizenship behaviors (OCBs) that newcomers reported in exchange with their coworkers. Data collected from 350 newly employed Korean workers were analyzed using polynomial regression. High-high congruence was positively associated with all three indicators of organizational socialization.
