Abstract
This study examined the three-way interaction effects of telework, boundary characteristics, and segmentation preference on family interfering with work (FIW). Data collected from 310 South Korean employees who teleworked at least once per week revealed that when individuals with low segmentation preference perceived high permeability, telework negatively predicted FIW.
