Abstract

This study examined how empowering leadership would moderate the indirect effects of job characteristics on work-family enrichment through work engagement. Data collected from 352 married, dual-income Korean employees working with immediate supervisors revealed that the indirect effect of task significance on work-family enrichment was more salient with low empowering leadership.
