Is There a Buffer Dedicating to Bound Representation in Working Memory?

This study examines whether a dedicated storage buffer exists for bound representations in working memory (WM) using latent variable modeling and psychophysical experiments. Results suggest no dedicated buffer for bound representations in WM, providing new insights into the structure of current WM models.
