Abstract

This study examines the effects Marianismo among queer Latina women. Utilizing quantitative methods, validated measures will assess Marianismo (MBS), body image (SATAQ-4), and sexual and reproductive empowerment (SRE) while exploring potential mediation by internalized racism (AROS). Findings will elucidate the complex interplay of culture, oppression, and well-being in this population.
