Frequency and Types of Child Sexual Abuse Predict Adult Anger and Hostility

This study investigated the relationship between childhood sexual abuse (CSA) and adult anger and hostility. Results showed that CSA experiences significantly predicted anger/hostility in adulthood, beyond demographic factors. Among CSA characteristics, frequency of being touched or fondled was a particularly strong predictor of anger/hostility.
