Abstract
This study examines how participation in volunteer activities influences employees’ sense of inclusion, focusing on motivational framing (self-oriented vs. other-oriented) and cultural background (individualist vs. collectivist). It is hypothesized that other-oriented volunteerism among employees from collectivist cultures will significantly enhance inclusive attitudes and behaviors, advancing understanding of workplace inclusivity dynamics.
