Abstract
Our study examined sensory-motor-network (SMN) abnormalities in obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) using resting state EEG. Data from 38 OCD patients and 38 healthy controls showed significant hyperconnectivity in the SMN of OCD patients, particularly involving the left SMA. The SMN hyperconnectivity as a potential diagnostic biomarker for obsessive-compulsive disorder.
