Abstract

Significant unmet needs for mentoring and career guidance exist among students studying psychological science, especially those from under-represented/underserved backgrounds. We introduce a web-based intervention approach that harnesses virtual agent-mentors to address such needs, tailored to needs identified through surveys (total N=1,466) and interviews (N=20) conducted at a large minority-serving institution.
