Abstract
We examined acute and long-term changes in positive worry metacognitions in CBT with and without motivational interviewing. Both conditions exhibited decreases in positive worry metabeliefs from pre- to posttreatment (β= -1.33, p = 0.013) and through 12 months (β= -1.14, p = 0.020). Change did not differ based on condition.
