Abstract

Findings from a sample of 210 undergraduate-fathers dyads showed that paternal job insecurity (PJI) impacted youth’s perceived employability through paternal career support. Mothers’ financial contribution to the household and social support moderated the indirect effect of paternal job insecurity on youth’s perceived employability through paternal career support.
