Abstract

Dyslexia is a learning disability characterized by difficulties in reading. Text-to-speech (TTS) technology is an effective intervention for dyslexia in students. However, few studies examine the benefits of TTS for adults with dyslexia at work. This study examines the relationship between TTS, perceived relationships, competence, and performance in the workplace.
