More Than a Phase: The Impact of Sexual Orientation, Age, and Prescriptive Stereotype Violations on Coworker Perceptions

Replicating and extending Hanrahan et al (2023), we are evaluating the impact of intersectional identities related to sexual orientation and age on perceptions of prescriptive stereotype violations. We are further evaluating the role these identities and violations play on perceptions of coworker warmth, competence, and ostracism.
