Abstract

This study investigates the effect of memorability on context memory. Ninety participants (33 males, mean age = 19.18) completed sequential tasks evaluating temporal, spatial, and image-word binding memory. Results revealed that memorable items were better retained in both item and binding memory, suggesting memorability enhances the propagation of item-related information.
