The Conditions for Engaged Followership: Validation of an Integrated, Multidimensional Leadership Assessment

We validated the second-generation General Inventory for Lasting Leadership (GILL 2.0), based on a holistic leadership framework integrating six core leadership dimensions. Now available as an open-source tool, it demonstrates strong validity and relationships with complexity, transformational, and ethical leadership, as well as outcomes like meaning, vigor, and proactive behavior.
