Abstract

The current study posits that dual-earner couples’ calling influences college students’ career adaptability and calling through their affect based on Affective Event Theory. Working fathers’ calling influenced college students’ career adaptability and calling through their affect; however, working mothers’ calling directly impacted college students’ calling without going through their affect.
