Evaluating Sense of Responsibility As Moderator of the Relationship between Cognitive Flexibility and Anxiety Among Child and Family Service Workers

This study examined the relationship between cognitive flexibility and anxiety symptoms among Child and Family Service workers exposed to critical incidents. We also examined sense of responsibility at work as a moderator of this relationship. No significant relationships were found and anxiety symptoms were low, suggesting a relatively resilient sample.
