Gendered Racial Microaggressions and Academic Outcomes Among Black Women: The Moderating Role of Gendered Racial Centrality and Social Support

This study investigates the impact of gendered-racial microaggressions on Black women undergraduate college students. The current study uses the intersectionality framework to examine the relationship between GRMs and GPA. Prior research has looked at the psychological risk GRMs have but not on protective factors that can act as a buffer.
