Abstract
We examined impact of acculturation and stigma on mental and physical health help-seeking among 407 South Asian Americans (52.3% females, Mage= 30.61). Hierarchical regression and mediation analyses revealed stigma as an independent barrier, while acculturation positively influenced help-seeking. Findings highlight culturally tailored interventions to reduce stigma and enhance health behaviors.
