Abstract

This research focused on how families funded their adoptions and the attitudes surrounding each financial choice made. Data on the expenses involved in participants’ adoptions was collected through an international survey of parents who had adopted. Those utilizing outside funding held more positive attitudes towards others using fundraising avenues.
