School Climate and Disciplinary Practices: Examining Marginalized Students’ Intersectional Experiences
Blending qualitative and quantitative methods, we examine how high school climate and disciplinary approaches as well as students’ identities may influence students’ experiences. We center experiences of students with marginalized identities to explore how school policies and programming could be tailored to facilitate safer and more inclusive school environments.
