Stability in Panel Data: Whether This Exists, Why It Exists, and How to Deal with It

Friday, May 24, 2024 · San Francisco, CA

Oral · Methodology

Panel data can be used to investigate the dynamics that characterize within-person processes. However, stable between-person differences can make this a rather challenging task. In this symposium, we focus on how stability can be detected, where such stability may come from, and how and when we should account for it.
