When the Apprentice Becomes the Master: Advances in Coachability Research
Coachability, which describes how one seeks, engages with, processes, and reacts to performance feedback and other learning opportunities, is an understudied but potentially critical individual difference predictor of success in the workplace and beyond. In this symposium, we describe recent advances in coachability conceptualization and measurement research from diverse perspectives.
