Multimodal Approaches to Studying Sleep and Health Outcomes

Recent advancements in methods to studying sleep have further emphasized the critical link between healthy sleep and overall well-being. The present talk will explore some of these innovative approaches like electrocorticography, bed-based actigraphy, and sleep manipulation with interventions, highlighting the valuable insights gained from them.
