HD-Tdcs to the Dorsolateral Prefrontal Cortex Enhances Creativity & Entrepreneurial Innovativeness

Abstract

We applied anodal high-definition tDCS to the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC) while participants performed the alternative uses task and a business idea generation task. The results showed that stimulation (vs. sham) improved creativity scores in the AUT and innovativeness of business ideas, particularly in people with lower baseline entrepreneurial mindsets.
