Abstract

In examining food-related inhibitory control and eating tendencies in 147 participants (79 female; Mage= 26.37), no significant correlations found between N2 ERP measures and eating tendencies assessed by the DEBQ. Results suggests these aspects operate independently or are influenced by other factors, urging further investigation, especially in eating disorder populations.
