Abstract
The impact of the Youth Mental Health Academy, 5-Week Summer Academy on students’ likelihood to pursue and sense of belongingness with mental health careers was studied in structurally marginalized high school students from Southern California. Secondary outcomes included other mechanisms known to impact career choices, e.g., critical consciousness.
