Team Viability’s Outcome-Input Role in Team Effectiveness: A Meta-Analysis

Using meta-analysis, we test relationships between team viability and affective states, behavioral processes, team cognition, and team performance. Results indicate that viability has unique relationships with team mediators and performance. These results situate viability within a recursive framework of team effectiveness and advance our understanding of the team criterion space.
