Abstract
Behavioral health direct care staff received tactile bilateral stimulation to assess its effects on stress management. Physical stress symptoms decreased significantly (F2,83 = 13.723, p < .001) while perceived stress did not (F2, 81 = 1.652, p = .198). These results are promising, but require further evaluation.
