Examining County Behavioral Health Agency Budget As a Predictor of Treatment Effectiveness in an Implementation Study

95 participants in eight county behavioral health agencies (CBHA) received an evidence-based treatment. We evaluated whether CBHA budget was associated with mental health symptom reduction and found non-significant effects in a multivariate regression (beta=-.14, t(91)=-.13, p=.89). This suggests that budget did not predict differences in treatment effectiveness across CBHAs.
