A Systematic Review and Content Validation of Team Viability Measures

Abstract
Substantial confusion surrounds the measurement of team viability. Using systematic review and content validation, we classified the most used measures into categories based on content. Most measures resulted in a mix of two or more constructs, indicating construct contamination. Results provide recommendations for improving the validity of viability measurement.
