Abstract
This study evaluated transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) as a treatment for frontal lobe dysfunction resulting from mild traumatic brain injury. Concussed and non-concussed participants were studied using electroencephalography and cognitive testing after receiving tDCS over the frontal lobe. Results demonstrate permanent alterations in the frontal lobe of concussed individuals.
