Abstract
This study explores patient perspectives on polygenic risk scores (PRS) for psychiatric disorders. Interviews with patients (n=29) revealed interest in PRS for early intervention and treatment. Concerns included data privacy, psychological impacts, and potential for genetic discrimination. The findings highlight the need for careful implementation and safeguards in clinical settings.
