Positive Feedback Increases Positive Activities in a Game-Based Brief Intervention

An online game gave positive feedback for positive behavior. 100 participants were assigned to positive or neutral feedback. Positive conditions were associated with increased positive decisions in the game, but not with activity changes. Clinical interventions based on increasing positive activities may need a stronger approach.
