Abstract
This research explores biases in attributing responsibility for organizational outcomes and hiring preferences, with a focus on the impact of leader attractiveness and participant sexism. Using a 2x2x2 experimental design, the study investigates perceptions of female leaders falling from the "glass cliff" and subsequent attitudes towards aspiring female leaders.
