Sense of Belonging Buffers the Effect of Discrimination on Suicide and Self-Harm Outcomes Among College Students

College students (ages 18-25) often face challenges as they are transitioning into college and often experience discrimination and experience suicidal thoughts and behaviors (SITBs). However, having a sense of belonging on a college campus can be protective for students who have experienced racial/ethnic discrimination.
