Diversity Fatigue in Indian Employees: The Role of Discrimination and Motivation

Abstract

We assessed the factors for diversity fatigue among Indian Employees and adapted the Diversity Fatigue Scale (α=.92; Smith et al.,2021). 52 participants (M_age=30) revealed that discrimination strongly predicted lower diversity fatigue and discrimination and motivation jointly explained 28.3% of diversity fatigue indicating the importance of DEI in multicultural contexts.
