When in Doubt, Choose Kindness: Investigating the Impact of Quality on Well-Being Interventions’ Functionality.

We explored the efficacy of acts of kindness, social activities, and cognitive reappraisal as well-being interventions. Even though acts of kindness were completed less frequently and at a lower quality than cognitive reappraisal and social activities, they tended to be associated with greater psychological benefit.
