Abstract
We examined whether 14- to 24-month-old children tested pre- or post-pandemic varied in their performance on a working memory task. Significant differences were not found between the groups, suggesting that the pandemic was not associated with cognitive functioning in younger children, contrary to what has been observed in school-aged children.
