The Impact of Physical Fatigue on the Gait Metrics of Speed, Power, Balance and Symmetry As Measured By Sportgait Biokinetograph (BKG)

This research will improve gait assessment procedures used following suspected concussions by quantifying fatigue effects. Using a validated smartphone application (SportGait), this study adopts a within-group experimental design to examine pre- and post-workout gait metrics of power, stride, balance, and symmetry, with poorer scores associated with greater fatigue.
