The Bicultural Life of Working Mothers: Straddling Family and Work
- Hwayeon Myeong

Abstract
The study investigates whether working mothers frame-switch between family and career's competing cultural norms. Using a 2x2x2 experimental design, it explores the differential effects of family and career priming across groups defined by gender and parenthood. A three-way interaction is expected such that working mothers will exhibit the highest frame-switching.
